My final thoughts as I head into another Titan's fan offseason...

I'm not sure how successful that strategy would have been with Vince but by the looks of him against the Colts in the last week, it looked like he hardly stepped foot on the practice field since week one.

Completely agree with the rustiness of the team. Give up 89 yards worth of penalties is unacceptable. Especially in a playoff game. Granted the Ravens should have had a couple more called on them than they did.

I'm sure it would've been more 50/50 had CJ not injured his ankle and quite frankly, we had a decent passing game...mostly due to Gage.

There's only so much Fisher can do from the sidelines. I, for one, like that we have a stable coach and aren't switching between head coaches every few years. Maybe we would get lucky and get a head coach that could take us that extra mile but on the other hand we could end up going through coaches like many other teams in the NFL and not find any success and lose any hope we once had with players being release and whatnot. No I'm not satisfied with being one and done in the playoff and Fish's conservative play calling sometimes but at least with him we have some sense of consistency. Heck, we may lose Schwartz soon. Might as well completely remodel the coaching staff and see how that goes, eh?

 

Control the players from doing stupid stuff to cost the team.

The players do not fear Fisher. it needs to change.

 

agree to a point. One of the reason Adam Jones was not so liked by his teammates. He had a different set of Fisher rules than everyone else. I for one liked seeing McCarens being benched, although little has been said of it and I did not really miss him in the game.

 

On the bright side Steelers fans won't be on this forum this week ranting.............. ughhh, at least I have sex, skiing and alcohol to fall back on.

 

He needs to bench anyone that continues to make the same mistakes. you have to be almost mistake free to win in the playoffs. we will always be one and done if Fisher doesnt lay down the law. i'd have these guys just about dead come next training camp.
