1: His attempt at excusing himself of racism failed miserably. What, he thinks that it all evens out of he calls Marino an idiot? He says black QBs are stupid, but then says that he hates Vick, et al, but not because they're black?

2: Not only is this guy presenting dumb opinions, but also bad writing. He has little comprehension of the proper use of punctuation, and presents contradictory syntax in his arguments:

I'm sure the guy will get a lot of negative comments, but I agree with his general premise. Some black QBs aren't capable of managing an NFL offense. Well, the same it true of a number of white QBs, it's just that the mobile QBs who can't run an offense get by somewhat on athleticism (Vick and Kordell for example). And some people do play the race card in defending black QBs where they shouldn't. Of course, some criticize black QBs more simply because they are black.

That said, he went way out of his way to misrepresent the facts to make a point, and that kills his piece.

 

Only a bigoted idiot would throw race into whether or not a QB is smart enough to play the position. One could vice-versa the same argument by using these examples:

SEAN SALISBURY (who is somehow an "expert" at NFL Football these days...Somebody PLEASE explain that one to me!)
