    Charles Rogers

Rogers' demise can be and has been blamed on a number of things, including injuries, drug abuse, a lack of discipline, immaturity. But it boils down to one thing: Charles Rogers didn't know how to cope with failure.

    Bad example

    Roy williams?

Did you see him at Detroit vs Dallas???

    Take a look.........

    Another bad example

    Mike Williams

    Mr suck and Mr injury?

Okay, he count turn a pile of **** into air freshener, you have a point there :p

And lets not forget the QB's that the lions have had. (i didnt have time to go research the dates he was there) but they had all pros such as Charlie Batch, Harrington, Kitna. Orlovsky, Frerotte.

I mean.... you cant blame the WR coach for having such amazing QB's

Ill still say this was a good hire by Munch.

Orlovsky is an excellent blocking QB. He got the block on 'la Vagician' that sprung the RB for an 80y TD in 2011

This is turning into a year of "hey, friends, let's make a few million bucks and nicely leave the next head coach with the #1 pick."

Parlavecchio joined the Titans prior to the 2011 after spending more than two decades as a head high school coach in New Jersey. He also spent two years as linebackers coach at Temple in 1992-93. He played linebacker at Penn State, where he was teammates with Munchak.

Yup sounds like fans are way over-reacting. I'm glad you are 100% behind Munchak and his decisions. I'd hate to see the only "real" Titans fan be critical of Munchak.

I mean really- two decades as a high school head coach before joining the Titans in 2011 proves he is more qualified than other coaching candidates.
