I wouldn't rate it better than Revenge of the Sith. It's Attack of the Clones level for me.

Forgettable, except the ending.

 

I liked the SW1 vibe

 

Gunny just defended the Prequel Trilogy.

Good... if they rush it, it'll suck.

 

Yeah. Gonna be tough to live up to the first as it is.

 

The wife and I watched Why Him? last night. I thought it had some really funny moments but was ultimately forgettable.

 

Finally saw Doctor Strange... it was solid. Not great, not bad.

Even the worst Marvel Universe movie, Captain America, is still well done and solid.

I have yet to not be entertained and pleased with one of those.

Also... only 1 more Infinity Stone left! Thor Ragnarok will reveal it, I'm sure.

 

That's how I felt. Had some really cool stuff in there. My main problem was that I did not particularly care for Strange, the character. In fact, he was pretty damn unlikable most of the time. I'm not sure if that was intentional or it just didn't quite land for me. I mean, Tony Stark is a huge douche yet you still like him throughout the movies.

 

Tony stark is a charming douche in the comics - read The Ultimates vol 1&2.

Strange is an arrogant douche.
