MotW8 - Creeping Cruds

Seems about the appropriate time to drop in. And since TitanJeff had a few questions already in place for me..

"I nominate Cruds for the next MOTW candidate and have a couple of questions for him - When did the horror influence begin and why? "

I've been a horror nut since I can remember. Afternoon Creature Features on local TV and issues of Famous Monsters magazine on the 7-11 shelf spoke to me. They were like surrogate parents for me and considering where and when I grew up the obsession probably saved me from being a hoodlum.
It's a weird genre where it's OK if a movie is real bad or real good. As awful as it is I can watch a movie like Robot Monster over and over..


"When did you get your first bulldog and why are you such a fan of the breed?"
In high school a girlfriend's parents had a huge white Bully. He was floppy, loving and full of face gravy. I loved that dog so much that I always wanted one. I've had three of them and they are all exactly what I remembered...

 

1.) Would you recommend the Bengals to anyone?
Only if someone asked "what team should I choose if I wanted to suffer the folly of futility?"

2.) What’s your favorite movie of all time and why?
The Good The Bad and the Ugly.. It's a work of genius. Every frame is a work of art and the score is surreal.

3.) Would you rather be rich or healthy?
Healthy.. Money does not buy happiness..

 

1. Favorite genre of music (rock excluded)?
Old school funk probably, with old school Country a close 2nd.


2. What are some of your favorite movies of all-time (horror excluded)?
I love all the Spaghetti Western stuff. The old Al Adamson biker flicks. Blue Velvet, Wild at Heart, Taxi Driver..
I keep thinking of horror - doh!

3. Will Corpsey ever get the recognition he deserves?
I think there's already a Corpsey backlash.. No matter how you stack it, he's better than that raccoon!

4. Your team prior to the Titans?
The Bengals.. It's rough.
