I said 6 to 9 wins this season, that we would start out slow (while the players got to know each other, the coaches, and the new system), and by the end of the season would be a team that other teams did not want to play. I think we are getting to that point. I would love to see us get to 10 wins, but it is no sure thing....Hags look refreshed post JDR, and the Cows will likely still be playing for a playoff seeding at the end....both games will be tough IMO.

If we win out I will be extremely excited about next year (and maybe the postseason this season), but even if we finish 9-7 I am encouraged about our chances next season.

We HAVE to finish strong though.....that is something we have not done in a long time.

The manner with which we played during the loss was great to watch.
We alomst and arguably should have beat the Saints.

We're finding a way with previously unused WR who aren't perfect brunning routes but outstanding after the catch.

We have a turd at Center but it's not his fault that he isn't very good. Can't fault him for effort.

Defensive playcalling was great, finding a way with a weak front 4.
Rookie Chris Hawkins was outstanding in his first action in for McCourty.

We lost our starting QB and our backup future starter was up to the task and looks promising long term.

I believe this group has a shot at winning out and actually being able to do more than just show up in the playoofs.

Things are looking up. Not perfect but it feels good.

Hawkins seems to be involved a lot in these last minute drives.
