More Analyst Smack on the Titans

K guys, I switched to ESPN News, hoping to see a bit more.

They showed the toss to Ringer and that was it. Great job, idiots.

NFL Network gave us a raw deal too, but at least they spent more than 30 seconds on our game.

Maybe these analysts read the posts on this forum before the game.

Tell you what guys, that revamped defense was impressive (unfortunately for me). They throttled the run and smothered the receivers. All day long...and damn it was hot

You're an experienced Titan's fan... what'd you expect? Admittedly, on the way out of Nashville after the game I was telling my girlfriend that we'd probably get a little extra coverage this week (I commonly complain about our lack of attention from the media). Then I remembered what team I root for. We won, it was a fluke, on to the next highlight.

I have always loved Deion. Loved him while he was playing, loved him in his broadcasting career. Cried during his HOF speech. Heck, I even watched his stupid reality show he did with his complete bee-otch wife. I work in Plano, TX and know many people in Frisco/Prosper who have had to deal with Pilar and her children. I can call her that. I bought his terrible book!!! Yes, that was me.

But this is the second time in the past month that he's pissed me off. When CJ did his little presser after the signing, he was wearing a Reds cap. Deion went off on him for that. Said he should be supporting his local team. Um, Deion? Dumas? You played MLB. You have to know there is no team in Nashville. Furthermore, you must know where Cincy is in relation to Nashville. It is the local team. (Yes, I know ATL may technically be closer, but it's pretty much a wash). What an idiot!!!

As far as the hate goes, why are we surprised? It's nothing new. Yes, it hurts and yes, it sucks....but whenever somebody hates on the Titans, I just remind myself that they haven't watched a Titans game since 2004 and they probably can't name 5 guys who play on the team.
