Theres no one as bad as Gray, but IDK about Monte Kiffin. His son will leave USC and end up needing his dad wherever he goes. Monte wouldnt last long here.

I'm sure Monte knows better than to step back into the state of TN.

did you see his defense in USC? It was a guy who couldn't adapt at all to the modern college game and just stuck to his old man ways

I knew this was coming. And I see the age concern. We could try him as a "Senior Assistant Head Coach Defence" which would be a good role. Basically put him in charge of the defence even if he is not the coordinator. Let a younger man handle the leg work.

Also, for those of you who want a more aggressive defence Monte Kiffin is the last guy you want to see here. His style is about as conservative as it gets. Still, it is a style that is proven to work. Both Pete Carroll and Lovie Smith are Monte Kiffin deciples and have other Monte Kiffin deciples on their staff's. Seattle and Chicago have been solid on D this year.

Can't hate on Monte for what happened... it's his son who should never step foot in this state again.
