    I'm at 37 percent, I've been off my charger since 6 am CST. I've also been using my phone all day.

    thats pretty solid. Mine was off the charger at 320AM turned off for about 3 hours today and was at less than 10% at 3pm.

    Unacceptable because I wasn't using it very much.
