If Locker goes down we will finish 30-32nd in the league.

I just don't see that. We are going to run a lot and use the RB out of the backfield. Whitehurst looked to be the best I saw in TC. It doesn't take much to get the ball 8 yards.

I think the REAL key to this year is just how effective our D is at getting off the field.

There's a reason Whitehurst has been a career backup! He's garbage. If Locker goes down we need to play Zach M. to see if he has anything.

He was better than Locker from what I saw. Mett was the worst of the 3- throwing over WR's and into the ground. Mett's arm is solid but when pressure was on he looked like crap. Locker was having difficulty going through his progressions and when he did get the ball out it was wobbly.

Now-I sincerely hope that day i was at TC was a fluke and both Jake and Mett had a bad day or are simply working their way up the learning curve. That is probably the case- but I was unsettled to see where we were at QB that day.

Besides, back to my point. I think the success of the season hinges on the D. Any one of our QB's should be sufficient to move the ball under Whiz's system that emphasizes throws to the TE and RB's. Hunter and Wright's skills should be able to make up for slightly off throws for balls to the WR's.

Well you shouldn't project injuries that haven't yet happened when ranking teams. Even though I do highly doubt Locker stays healthy for a full season.

Exactly. If that's the case, then if Luck goes down... Colts are, potentially, worst in the league.

I'm projecting the record based off my expectation of Locker going down. If he goes down our worst finish could be 4-12. If he stays healthy our best finish could be 9-7.
