I hope I never get so pathetic that I'm bragging about a sweep in April.

I'm sure we'll sweep you at some point this year maybe more than once and you might sweep us again.

His blown saves routine? Yea because he always blows saves.

But it's better than what Papelbon blows.

I had to subscribe to the mlbtv online in order to watch the first game... 20.00 for one single game? WORTH IT! That first game was beautiful. Cannot believe my boys just let it go. Oh well, next time.

I've never seen a player steal home plate untill last night. Ellsbury was halfway down the 3rd base line when Pettitte raised his leg. Definitely caught him and Posada sleeping.

Posada was the one that was caught asleep, he had a clear line of sight (J D Drew at the plate) of Jacoby Ellsbury and didn't make any kind of motion to Pettitte, but I'll take it

Since he is being sent to the DL it looks like they did find something wrong with him, and it looks like I get it a little more than you realize.

That is one thing I miss. Those hard-knocks runner/catcher moments. Especially when the catcher knew it was comming, just had to make sure they held on to the ball. Now people worry about cleating and all that jazz.

The thing i love about the red socks is.... nope can't think of anything. At least the Cubs are humorous in their constant failures. :)
