I don't think we'll be seeing Rusty anytime soon. Munch knows he's coaching for his job from here on out. He's not going to roll with our 3rd string QB. He's certainly not going to tank the season for a high draft pick.

I disagree with the premise held by many here that this is a scrub, unqualified coaching staff.

Not one major guy on this staff was not properly qualified for the job in which they were hired.

Munch was, is qualified! Yes it is unusual to hire a head coach who was never a coordinator but the Ravens hired John Harbaugh who was only a special teams guy and that worked out. Munch was with this organization for 30 years. He was on the coaching staff here for 15 years.

Palmer and Grey both were coordinators in the past. Both have been involved with pro football for a long time. Grey worked with Greg Williams for several years both here and in buffalo.

We can take issues with some of these guys but nobody can say they were not qualified for the jobs they were hired to do.

The results still have to be there and obviously they are not.

Perhaps, but I think we both would agree, they would have suffered far less. ;)

For those people with a big hard on for all these retired super bowl winning coaches take heed. Mike Shanahan has been horrible! Even with RG3 he is also 3-6 just like we are and was 3-6 in his first 9 games last year.

I would worry if any of these guys are truly motivated for the job. Brian Billick already said he wasn't interested in working again by saying he was too old and too expensive. Coaching is an 80 hour a week job and all of these guys are working easy tv jobs for good money. I seriously doubt if any of them want this job!

Yes, I was loving it. When your coaches are as incompetent as ours and they are friends of the FO, changes will not happen until the team is an utter embarrassment. It takes games like the one yesterday to get changes around here. It's not that I want our team to get blown out all the time, but if that's what has to happen to see some change around here then I'm all for it. Bud is going to have to make some moves because dumb and dumber in the FO aren't going to get the ball rolling by getting rid of their friends. I am a fan of whatever it takes to benefit my team.

I'm not seeing the part where he's making up lies to defend his position. He is not saying that munch should be canned today, and he never did. He's saying, as most of us are, that munch should be fired along with his staff at the end of the season. When we say that Munch is a terrible HC and that he needs to go, that doesnt mean that "OMG BUD NEEDS TO GO DOWN TO BSP AND CLEAN HOUSE ASAP" like you would like to believe. Munch is not HC material and his staff is under qualified as well. Everyone knows it. It's time to make a change (at the end of the season. better?) we can't just keep sitting on our hands or the same crap is just going to continue into next season. Maybe you don't care, but I do. This is not just a game to me. That's the difference between fans like you and I. This affects my life. I can't just let it go. I am WAY more in to this team than you are. I can tell that now. You can shrug it off. I can't. You're just a Titans fan on Sundays, I think about this team every day.

I saw it then, just thought a year in the system and a better team would change that. Too bad we're terrible all over the place.

Have you been watching our games? Not that I'm saying they were ever qualified to be in the positions they are in, but if they were, they are not now. No other team in this league would hire our coaches to the positions they are at right now. Maybe Palmer, but I highly doubt it.
