You seriously need to learn how to read if you really missed what I think about Munch. You even quoted it ffs.

And I know perfectly well how it works, and Bud is not firing Munch this off season no matter what any of you want.

Wouldn't it be beneficial ,no matter what the scenario, to start dumping bad coaching now? Seasons a wash. Coaching couldn't be worse.

Don't get upset now. You basically said that munch is bad at what he does.

You abviously don't judging by what you've been saying. We want what is best for this team. In your defense though, Bud usually doesn't do what's best for the team.

Probably not, because this backwards organization would probably retain the interums and lock them up long term.

Not upset, just dont like it when people who cant read and understand put words in my mouth. Not once have I said and I still dont think Munch sucks.

What you dont understand is that Bud isnt going to change the head coach this off season, so instead of continuing to beat a dead horse over something that is not going to happen, I propose more realistic solutions

Like hiring a real DC. Next season we will be bashing Munch together if we dont have one.

Most of us want whats best for the team. However what we, as fans, think does not hold as much water as what people in the organization think.

And you are right about Bud. Hes more concerned about the once every year or two he gets a hard on and decides to butt in.

You agreed that munch is not a good coach. Not a good coach..... Sucks at HC..... Same thing? No?

What you don't understand is that we are not going to be able to get a real DC to come coach for this train wreck of a team with a Lame Duck HC. The FO should know this. You don't.

Bud will do something. The "Let's go Bears" chants were overpowering in our own stadium today. That's about as embarrassing as it gets for an orginization. We're getting repeatedly blown out. This is as bad as I have ever seen this team. Something will change.

Average isnt the same as sucks

We dont need a top DC for this team to be a lot better, we get a lot better with a competent DC.

But wont care unless we stop selling out our his profits drop.

You never said anything about average, and from the way you explained it, it sounds like you were saying that he is a bad HC. You're basically saying that Munchack's job hinges on whether we get a good DC or not. That's not how is should be. Do you want us to get a slightly better DC and go 8-8 next year? I don't.

This is what I've been saying for weeks now. No upper echelon coordinator candidates are going to come here on one-year deals. So it's either stick with Munch and the same coordinators, or bring in more scrub/mediocre coordinators. And either way, it'd just serve as another excuse for the Munch apologists. If we stick with Palmer and Gray, then "Munch is working with crap coordinators". If we roll with new coordinators then "They need time to implement their systems".

I really have a bad feeling that absolutely no changes will be made in the offseason. And we'll see the same awful/mediocre-at-best play. TBH, Munch is probably better off sticking with coordinators he has and praying to the gods than he would be starting all over with only year left on his deal. A make or break year.

So to the 16 that "approved" what do you vote now? Just curious.
