It definitely would not break my heart to see Munch gone, however look at who our owner is....

It could get a lot worse

We had a VERY favorable schedule and still lost to some pretty pathetic teams. 3 games we should have won but lost because of bad coaching. Yeah, we surprised ONE team, who cares? We had one of the easiest schedules we've seen in years.

Any time you miss the playoffs by one game and you lost to the worst team in the league that year, an 0-12 team, there is no way you over achieved.

They are facts that you are using as lame excuses. Munch is responsible for the ENTIRE TEAM and how they perform. You got to be kidding me with that garbage! Take all responsibility away from Munch.

So, his hands are tied? A Head Coach doesn't do anything then, apparently.

He doesn't personally call them... but, hell yes, he has control over what is being done.

Short of hiring a middle school coach, I don't really see how.

Not what I said. What a head coach does, is much more than a blank face on the sidelines.

And thats why I will be the first to hate Munch if he doesnt get rid of Gray. its mid season and any team who does that always ends up looking stupid for doing it in the end. See Reid last week after firing his DC mid season.

Im not a Munch supporter by any means, and like ive stated several times, i would not have an issue replacing him but its my opinion that he is not the problem this season.

This is what I don't get. According to some fans the HC apparently doesn't have any responsibility/effect on the team's play anyway. "Munch isn't calling the plays!" "Munch can't put on pads and go hit someone!" No, but he is supposed to be the head coach. The guy ultimately responsible for the product on the field. Thus the title, HEAD coach. And so far his results are pretty damning.
