I really like Munchek and I thought he did a great job (all things considered)in his first year. That being said with the almost lifeless way the team defense is playing I cannot say I approve of the job he is doing.

If Munchek is unwilling to change D-Coordinators next season I will most likely tip into the fire Munch camp.

I don't think any coach would have a superbowl team with this group of players. Need some playmakers on Defense to stand a chance.

coulda started by KEEPING cortland and maybe looking elsewhere at safety instead of giving griff all that dough???
its not like this team hasnt had talent on defense, and they certainly dont seem to be making the best of what they have so thats no excuse.

I agree we should've kept Cortland and not Griff but that is not Munch's call. Why blame him for something that is not directly in his control?

That is a knee-jerk reaction. Scroll over to see the reality part. Palmer s coming around somewhat, but wouldn't be surprise if he is fired because of the players not liking him. Gray is a definite fire after the season. Titans are just too conservative to do it now.

Munchak is going to stay. He will get some time to show his worth. As long he admits this season is a letdown (unless we do happen to win 6 of the next 8 and stay in the playoff hunt**), and makes some changes after the season, he is not going anywhere in my mind.

i cant imagine how the HC doesnt play a huge part in that decision.... i dont pretend to know all the inner workings of the front office/ HC but if he doesnt get to make player decisions then he's not really a HC, hes more like a clasroom teacher lol.

i dont point the finger solely at him, i know it takes more than one baffoon to make this ship "sink". i honestly dont see much hope for this entire organization until BA steps down.
