Mike Evans Anyone??

We are cursed. I really thought he turned the corner in that game. And of course, he had to get hurt. It could only happen to us. Dude probably would've started 32/32 games and won a couple playoff games by now with another team. Cursed... on the verge of Cubs cursed.

I'm almost wondering if the dude just goes down awkwardly. He's built well and in shape, so it's hard for me to believe he's "made of glass." It may just be a matter of learning how to go to the ground. In that Jets game he got his cleat stuck in the grass awkwardly. I don't know what the hell happened in the Jags game though.

 

Evans isn't my first choice but I wouldn't be upset at all over the pick.

No way. I think Evans is the best receiver of this class. I can see how some could say Watkins for me it's Evans.

 

At 6'4" 231 pounds and the wingspan of a small airplane, I think we could use his services at 11. He also plays with attitude. I am torn because I would really like a pass rusher, but if this man is sitting there when we pick--- I did read that he has a bit of a temper and has cost his team some yards foolishly. I would not be upset with the pick at all though. His size is ideal guys.

 

I probably wouldn't take him over Barr,Mack, or a top 3 QB but that's about it. Evans is baby Vincent Jackson. He's a better prospect than Keenan Allen and we saw Allen kill it last season.

 

Can he get open though? The league has seen a lot of really big WRs come into the league as high picks then flop. They were able to dominate in college but were terrible in the NFL. Matt Millen drafted a lot of them when he was running the Lions.
