MS does not want to admit it but they are now a hardware company. They make Mice Keyboards Webcams. Xbox,Zune(well until recently) Kinect. They are also a search company. Bing. They are a Cellphone company. Nokia Windows Phones. They are a software company Windows. GoT is right they can do whatever they want and they do just that
I can just see the fat bald 35 year old guys playing motion titles claiming they are "pro gamers". Honestly, I doubt I will be buying a console for another 3-4 years. Pc does everything better. Only reason I even had one was for exclusives.
I'm more excited about the entertainment aspect of it. HBO GO, NBA TV, NHL TV, Netflix, Amazon, Explorer 8, video calls, praying for MLS and NFL Sunday Ticket, Streaming music, Blu ray, Smart Glass rocks. Sorry but I'm totally geeked for augmented reality glass and the upcoming Google Glasses. If Sony goes with Google TV and Android support I might swing back to PS4. Sony will definitely have all of the entertainment apps. Sony just needs a better interface.
I dont get the big deal about smart glass. looks to me they are making gaming more complicated. why use your phone or tablet to do things on the video game when it's easier to just do it from the tv screen and xbox controller? Just make a hi tech xbox controller with a droid touch screen but still have buttons.

I'm failing to see nobody finds this stuff cool. Tech backlash? Integration across multiple devices(Phones, tablets, computers), backwards compatibility, augmented reality, hands free/voice activated interface, significantly more powerful, plus you get the same old sit your *** on the couch gaming. Microsoft's lawyers had the document pulled from a few websites. Looks like it might be accurate. What do you want out of the next generation?
