Michael Shannon to return to play ZOD!!

Michael Shannon, who received an Oscar nomination for his supporting role as a mentally troubled man in "Revolutionary Road" two years ago, has been cast as the villain in the upcoming Superman film.

I'm tried of superhero movies. The only ones that should be made are Batman, Spider-man and X-Men. And they should be limited to one trilogy per generation.

All of this is just one big money grab.

The name "ZOD" just sounds like a really nerdy super villain.

Nolan is producing it and has mentored the project. It will be good, IMO.
