Michael Oher visiting Titans today

Well, there is no pro team in Mississippi.

 

When I look at this I do have hope:

Whiz makes an offense that requires a strong armed pocket passer. That is how he ran San Diago with Rivers and how the Steelers ran their O with Ben.

An Offense that is very similar is the Ravens O with Flacco in which Oher has experience in. Whiz is clearly looking for people with experience in his type of system. I think signing Oher would be a solid signing as he had plenty of experience in front of Flacco while he took shots down the field.

My biggest question mark is how Whiz will adapt Locker's inherent need to run.

 

Nothing can be worse than 2013 David Stewart. He was garbage. All of these FA pickups are improvements. May not make us an instant contender.. but Rome wasn't built in a day. They have a lot of damage to rebuild from the Fisher/Adams/Munchak/Reinfeldt eras.

 

Locker wont be so quick to run in 2014, you saw samples of him pulling up and throwing on LB's in 2013 instead of trying to juke or run over them like in 2012 and 2011.

 

I'll take him for no more than 5mil/yr

 

That would be insanely high for him.

Im thinking he's worth $3.5 tops

 

Apparently, Oher is visiting the raiders next.

 

Must not have liked the ham sandwich Ruston offered to pay him with. He can go to Oakland if he'd like a waste away the remaining few years he has left, or he can come here and compete for a RT gig, and probably be overpaid for it.

 

Better question how will he adapt to lockers inherent need to chuck interceptions, sail balls over Wrs heads and the VY special, not execute 5 yard routes routinely.
