Michael Griffin Surgery- Out 4-6 months

    Griffin doesn't get ran over much anymore. He used too. Now hes the one laying the hit. However he does miss sometimes but he doesn't get run over.

    Need muscles to block and stay healthy. However he couldn't stay healthy so there goes that theory.

    He get's in trouble when he tries to tackle high. He's gotten better at it since Pollard arrived.

    Nate Washington is the skinniest guy around, he somehow stays healthy. Its really more about your makeup than your muscles. Yea they cushion the blows, but if your bones, ligament, and joints cant hold up its just a matter of time.

    Its not Pollard, its the league making guys aim lower. Notice Pollard still to this day gets fined for hitting high.

    They get fined more often for a hitting a defenseless receiver than anything.
