He tore his ACL in November. Typically you are looking at 12 months to recover from that injury.

If I knew how to make a bet, I would bet every cent of moolah I have against that.

Punt returns. I don't know if they want to use him at KR.

Don't forget the FB position. Mooney or Johnson means the Titans carry, at least, four RB/FB. I assume Battle is the odd man out and either Mariani or Wash is gone unless McCluster gets the KR job.

I'm sure you're right. But if you had to put a percentage on it, how likely do you think it would be another team grabs him if we tried to PS him? Let's say assuming he's decent, not great or terrible in camp. He plays the most important position on the field and has what is considered "ideal" size for the position. And a significant portion of his stock drop can be attributed to injury and off-the-field concerns. IDK about you but to me that seems like exactly the kind of guy a team would snatch up and take a chance on.

Even if you think the chances are 50/50 he gets grabbed, that's still too much of a risk for a guy you gave up 2 of your 7 picks for. At least to me it is.

McCluster has an excellent punt return a few years ago. I think due to his contract, you are going to see McCluster out there every chance we can get.

I think Greene might be a darkhorse candidate to be cut......I think his knee surgery is over blown, but they have to be looking at it.

I think there are a lot of factors to think about in making that decision. Hopefully, he plays well enough that it isn't considered. I'm just not as confident as many here he can do that.

As to the two draft picks, I don't see it as one of those factors. They bettered their sixth so we're only talking the seventh which is only about 20-25 spots above UDFAs.

Wasn't Solomon cut like a year after he was drafted? 6th rounders are certainly not locks to make the roster. ZM can't coast by and expect to make the team.
