    The tunnel runs under a river. It leaks when it drops below -38 then freezes when it hits the road.

    I got that, but it said all those wrecks happened in one day so how did they clean up all those wrecks that fast in a tunnel?

    It's Russia. They do not stand around for police to take photos and stuff like they do here. They work to get stuff cleared away as fast as possible so as not to hold up traffic.
