Well, they did, basically. Every player on his offense was a first round draft pick, pretty much. I'd say that's about as catered to as QBs get.
Manning would probably have been good for any team he went to, but the point is that they catered the offense for the QB. sort of like what they did for brees in NO and Rodgers in GB. a lot of early drafted talent on offense. Nothing wrong with that at all.
