    then what is the reason? so everyone over 18 must be mature and know more about football than anyone under 18? thats laughable.

    Its still going to be very hard for TitanJeff to find out whom is of what age, Im sure for the most part he knows out of current users who is of proper age, but with alot of the covers nowadays that are out there, I dont know of a way he can prove or justify whether or not a new user is 18+ years of age
