No but I've read the Matarese Countdown which came before it. I've yet to read a Ludlum book I haven't liked even if some of them seem very similar.

 

Man did I just buy a sequel to a book? It doesn't sound like a sequel.

 

I just looked it up & they're two completely stand alone books.
