Maybe it's the popular opinion now but this is the first time I've spotted Calvin Johnson to Detroit. When did that idea come to mind?

there's a 99.9% chance detroit takes calvin if oakland takes jaidiot. then they can entertain Calvin to other teams and trade if tehy get the right offer.

this set in stone prediction came about on thursday or friday.

you can't blame him. he's picked busts @ WRs lately and a "can't miss" WR could potentially fall in your lap. it's a damned if you do or damned if you don't sort of thing. but, Detroit doesn't NEED a WR. Roy Williams is a #1 and the other guys are capable. it's just hard to pass on a guy like Calvin.

Martz coaching Roy WIlliams and Calvin Johnson is just too much temptation. Still, I think he is thinking that TB will trade up to that spot and take CJ leaving the Lions with Adams at 4.

If they pick him, they won't keep him. The trade will happen, just a case of with who.
