McNair eludes another DUI

You can plea bargain out of a DUI? Interesting......

 

First off, McNair was NOT drinking and driving in this case. So the whole, "escapes a DUI" claim is not 100% accurate. Technically, in this case, it is considered a DUI to let someone else drive your vehicle if they're impaired, though that makes no sense to me since DUI stands for DRIVING under the influence.

Step off your soapbox and ask yourself if you've ever handed the keys to your vehicle over to someone because you're tanked and they appear to me MUCH more sober than you. Does that make it a great decision, no, but certainly not comparable to being arrested for actually driving while drunk for a second time in a short period of time.

 

yeah leonard little killed somebody while drunk driving and hes not in jail that lowlife. athletes get away with stuff.

 

Hey, he got half of it right. After 1 DUI, he learned that when he's drunk, he needs to have someone else drive. Maybe this time, he'll learn that that person also needs to be sober...

The law itself is a technicality. It's only news because it's McNair.

 

Kind of a "Catch 22"....if you are drunk...is your judgement good enough to know if someone else is sober enough to drive?

 

I think McNair took to many hits while playing for the Titans.

 

Im over McNair. Ill always remember the memories but I could care less if he gets a DUI or not. Thats his dumb fault.
