Seems like one or two of those 300+ guys is always injured. Considering Cincy was in LB hell just three years ago I'd say they are moving in the right direction but Rey Rey needs to finally step up and push Dhani.. If they ever get good and healthy at safety look out...

Re: their defense; I heard a stat this morning. Packers are the only NFC team that runs a 3-4 that had a winning record this year. Thought that was interesting..

He wasn't that good? You have to come up with something better than that. Actually he was highly regarded as an OC.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_McCarthy_(American_football)

"McCarthy became the offensive coordinator of the New Orleans Saints. He would remain in that position for five seasons and was selected as NFC Assistant Coach of the Year by USA Today in 2000."

His offenses in his 5 years with the Saints had an average ranking of 13th with average players.

You just named 2 guys who spent significant time sidelined with injury and another who didn't do a damn thing.

I guess the genius thing to do with rusty smith as QB would be to throw the ball 50 times he is just so awesome.

Even Peyton Manning said that the Colts need to be more balanced and 35 passes a game is about as many as they should average.

Jeff Fisher lost because Jeff Fisher stopped coaching. He had sorry assistants who didn't know their job well enough to grow a SB team. He had a qb who couldn't/wouldn't learn and made a mess of the locker room. It had likely been brewing since the first day VY stepped onto the field. Since day one it had been a fight as to who was the top dog. It finally festered and broke this year, and they found than neither of them were. Now, we are healing and next season we will be well on our way to wellness and fame! Yeah!
