I really like Colin McCarthy, great guy, but he's always hurt. Perhaps we need to find another MLB.....

Way too soon to give up on Jake, he was a top 10 pick, McCarthy was not. It's also much easier finding a LB than it is to find a QB.

I haven't seen enough of him healthy to honestly care if he plays or not.

    Who? Pimp-C?

McCarthy has those Ray Lewis Patrick Willis kind of instincts, you definitely want that guy playing for us on Sundays.

It's totally true. Why do you think he fell to the fourth round in the draft... injury issues. If he would of been healthy in college, I bet you he would of been a 2nd rounder.

Great talent, just can't stay on the field.

Titans middle linebacker Colin McCarthy (ankle) sat out practice for the third straight day on Friday and is still wearing a walking boot on his right foot. The Titans listed McCarthy as questionable on their injury report.

“We’ll let it rest and see how he is on Sunday,” coach Mike Munchak said.

Both Munchak and McCarthy said while the ankle has improved during the course of the week, it might be best to rest him. McCarthy suffered the injury in the season opener on Sept. 9 and missed the next three games.

McCarthy played against the Vikings and Steelers, but said his ankle is sorer than he expected.

“It’s still a long season and a lot of games left to play. I don’t want this to be going on through all 16 weeks. So being smart but at the same time I want to be out there with the guys,” McCarthy said. “I think it has gotten better through the week. We’ll wait and see Sunday and see how it feels. Coaches I think have an idea on whether I can get out there and help the team, and if that’s the case I’ll get out there.”

Zac Diles would start in place of McCarthy.

This is just another excuse to get diles some playing time b/c MM is really high on him! He knows our season is pretty much done and we dont have a chance to win it all so he is just trying to judge the talent he has on the roster!

I think that we can beat Buff without Colin. Play 'Spoon at MlB, and we should be ok.
