    He didn't come in trying to show everyone he was smarter than they were. He did not come in trying to reinvent the game. He got good assistants and relied on them.

    I personally thought both Jerry Jones and Jimmy Johnson were very arrogant when entering the league. Relieving Tom Landry, one of the greatest of all time, of his duties immediately after taking control fortified that. There was nothing 'humble' about either of them.

    Lol you wrong was able to get his franchise qb......meanwhile this year again under Chip kelly Sam Bradford had Career year and he missed couple of games. .

    Troy Aikman was probably the least important player on that offense. He had one season over 20 TDs.
