    I don't see it as a need for acceptance......he is just that nice. He Is still a competitor. You don't have to have the attitude of Phillip Rivers or Cam Newton to be a great player or to win.

    It's just curious.....not sure what it means. Maybe nothing. But yeah, a QB has to be tough. He is the leader out there. You can be a nice guy at the dinner party. Nice to see someone with enough insight to get my post. Kudos

    I think it's as simple as him living and acting out his faith and if you know anything about THAT you probably wouldn't suggest anything about his toughness.

    His faith requires him to pat the opponents on the head? Is that like some form of Christening? Many people that are "tough" have mental quirks. They are not the same thing. If you knew anything about that.....
