    the injuries took what little speed MM87 had



    returned 10 KOs so far... 6 have went for +20 around 23 avg. Nothing spectacular

    PR has been good with the exception of the meaningless F



    at least MM87 is not a freaking underwear bomb just itching to go off and destroy any chance of a W

    The new 25 yard rule has made it so the special teams need to be alot stronger and consistent this season, so a lot of teams know on average they can chase a returner down before reaching the 20 yard line, so the kickers have honed the skill of just dropping it short as they probably save an average of 4 to 5 yards, rather than giving a straight 25 yard touch back away. Some teams seem to pretty much perfected this, through there off season. This is part of the titans game which we just seem clueless at the moment, so as a returner its not all about catching and taking a knee anymore, mariani needs to step up now as his abilities are being scrutinized more and more.
