Magic wand: Alter one Titans' tenet

For Jeff Fisher to show a little less loyalty? That they become more willing to use rookies more quickly in certain spots? A little more aggressive shopping in the big-ticket free agent market?</p> <p>Would you like less reliance on quickness on defense and some additional size? Some commitment not just to developing but to keeping linebackers? More of a focus on the running game?     Quit playing slow but consistent players over more talented but likely inconsistent rookies/younger players.

    For example,Lamont Thompson,McCareins,Ryan Fowler,Zach Pillar.

    It's my one complaint about Fisher. Armchair coaches suck but we've been spot on about the above players.

    -Fisher putting less emphasis on loyalty(seniority/favorites) and more emphasis on skills and talent.

    -Fisher play rookies more often.

    -Fisher start speaking English and stop speaking Fisherspeak (we do not need to listen to a moustached Captain Obvious when we listen to you talk about the team) I'd love to have the power that the son had in that movie Liar Liar and force Fisher to tell the truth at press conferences when he's asked a question

    -execute more pass plays

    Any of those would be fine, but I guess if I had to pick one, it would be to banish Fisherspeak.
