Magic wand: Alter one Jaguars' tenet

<em>Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky </em> <p><img src="http://a.espncdn.com/i/teamlogos/nfl/med/trans/jac.gif" alt="" width="80" height="80" align="right" />Resuming the Tuesday-question and Friday-answer blog post rhythm we were establishing early in the offseason, I ask this:</p> <p>What one philosophical tendency, trend, tenet or practice would you like to see the Jaguars change, and why?</p> <p>It's a tougher question for the Jaguars then for teams like the Colts or Titans, where people like Bill Polian and Jeff Fisher have been in place for so long. The Jags seem newly determined to avoid potential high-priced free-agent busts.
