Nothing better than a lb chasing down CJ from 20 yards back
That happens all the time in real life, especially last year
CJ gets caught by LBs, Griffin gets ran over by everyone and Taylor Thompson drops everything. Madden was realistic with the Titans this year
Ive learned you can only throw to Thompson on hitches.
You having trouble with Hunter. Dude drops at least 4 a game.
Nope, Hunter doesn't see much action on my team. I run the Seahawks playbook and they have too many nice 3 TE sets for me to get to use Hunter.
Hunter only comes out in 4 wr sets. He drops the easy ones and but then saves me with a leaping catch in the endzone
First game I played was against the Rams. Cook had a huge one handed catch but then also had 5 drops. Glad to see things haven't changed
This game has a couple qerks like that. It's best to use a rbbc in this game. Also if you use the r2 button constantly then he will have no burst when you have a wide open hole.
This game stresses natural rb fundamentals. Be patient, then burst thru the hole. I've been consistently ripping off huge gains with cj by limiting his snaps and use of the burst button. Greene and battle make a good combo with cjs speed. Give him a few snaps. Sub in green for a short yardage situation or a slam. Work battle in the goal line.
My thing has been to preset the rbs use by formation. If I'm doing a gun play and need a good option check down, cj is in. My base I formation always starts with green, power o, Slam, etc. zone run, counters and stretch plays I primarily have set up for cj.
This helps transition from one player to the next. Specified roles/formations.
You been using the "strong power" runs out of the numerous pistol formations? Best run in the game along with stretch for CJ
