That's true, but it's still a concern if it was someone in his group doing the shooting.

I'm actually still concerned just because he keeps being present in these situations.

it's not illegal to be stupid.

maybe all of these things are good. eventually all of his buddies will be doing 40-life, which means no more posse!

he's made some pretty horrible judgment calls since he's been here, this though sounds to me like wrong place wrong time, sometimes it happens even when you really aren't doing anything wrong.. the good news is the report doesn't say "Pac-man and his friends we're involved in an altercation with patrons" or anything like that, I think Pac is keeping his nose clean and unless some report comes out that he was directly involved I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt...

Very true, but just because it's illegal doesn't mean we shouldn't be concerned.

It is troubling, but I am not sure anyone has ever been to Vegas and not been a witness to a crime.

    Thats good news..
He's such a good player so its a pity that he's always in some kind of trouble.
He addresses the secondary issue which we have always struggled with, but tagged along with him some heavy luggage.

Comes to show you that you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Here's a quote from another article on the Tennessean's website that I think shows he is learning:

At least he's learned to get his butt out of there when :hitfan:

Some people, trouble just follows. You know? I've been around people like that - my wife's brother is a perfect example. Even when he straightens up, and starts walking the right path, something comes to him. I don't believe in luck or bad luck, but with some folks it's hard not to.

let's face it, if the headline read, "Pacman saves children from burning building" there would be a select few who would say he was obviously the one who set it on fire in the first place.
