    Philly pretty much gave VY a golden opportunity even as a back up. Everyone knows Vick isn't going to play every snap and Philly's offense is stat friendly. It was only a one year deal, so if VY keeps it drama free, puts up good numbers with the snaps he does get, he can leave Philly on a good note and possibly be a starter again with another team.

    On the one hand, it seems like a great situation for him backing up a similar style QB who isn't exactly known for his durability. On the other hand, there's the Philly fans. Only time will tell if Vince really has learned and matured from his time in TN. Best of luck to him though.

    Philly can be a great spot for VY to monetize his name - or it could be the worst place in the world he could have wound up as Philly fans don't give a crap about a player's "feelings".
    If VY can't take the boos here (probably the friendliest NFL town in the league) he better dedicate himself like he never has before because he just landed in fan taunt hell for sensitive types..

    It's not that Vick isn't durable, he just needs to learn how to slide. But I'm sure his coaches have said it all before, I guess sometimes you really just can't tame the beast.

    That is the truth. I have never been to a more friendly stadium. People are extremely nice to opposing fans there.

    Philly are by far the biggest winners so far since the FA opened. VY is a lot more proven than Kolb, so they pretty much got DRC and a second rounder for free.
