Well you are right about the Pats getting some extra picks almost every year. I didn't think about that, but they didn't "earn" those picks LOL. I really don't know why teams deal with the pats. You know you are getting screwed somehow when dealing with belicheat. haha

If we get a win this week I'd say we'll be able to compete with anybody in the league, including the Pats and Chargers. It'll show that we were able to adjust quickly to our scheme (players) and personnel (coaches) and that we should continue to improve from this point on.

A loss really isn't a big deal in the scheme of things however, as long as we continue to improve we'll be competitive. I'd rather get the elite passing teams out of the way 1st. They've always given us trouble in the past.

I'll be looking for the option play. We ran it once last week, and it worked out well for us.

It may sound bad, but as long as we're competitive this week and keep it somewhat close, I'll be happy. I personally don't see us beating the Texans, and a lot of that is because we can't stop an average run game, and well, they've got a damn good run game. But if we can keep it close, I can be happy with that. Our next 5-6 games after that are very win-able!

Exactly. We ALL knew we'd struggle to start the year. We even had a thread with people saying: If we went 1-3, i'd be happy and surprised. How that we're 1-2 people are freaking out saying we're a bototm 5 team. WE ALL KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN. The rest of our schedule is 10x easier, as JC pointed out.

We def. have our weak spots, but we're not a terrible team.

Same here. If we can keep it close this game, I think we can come back and beat them later in the season. As long as we take care of business we could still sneak into the Wild Card spot and do some damage in the postseason.

I'm just excited to see what our passing game turns into. Britt has barely gotten going and Wright and Cook should continue to improve from game to game. If Locker continues to improve his game we could very well have one of the top passing attacks in the league.

I agree. I think we're going to learn a lot about our team this Sunday. Are we finally putting it together? Or was week 3 just a fluke?
