    Qbs don't use their feet?? Lol it's a season ending injury, it is kinda serious.

    He is a QB and still injured it so regardless of his position, it is kinda big deal.

    You can play thru a lisfranc, Jake has too much to lose though, so opted to have season ending surgery so it wasnt a hindrance to him beyond 2013.

    I never said he couldn't play through it. However, can he play and have success with it? That's the question everyone should be asking.

    One could argue Santonio Holmes was never the same after that injury. He sure as hell has regressed a lot. I'm sure a lot of it is age but a lot of what makes aging bad is the injuries you've accrued over your career.

    Happens to everyone. McNair played through a lot throughout most of his career. So does almost every player who has had long term success in the NFL.
