taking everything into consideration (process to aquire / length of terms / cost of terms / cap implications / position analysis / futures / risk vs. reward)

Mix and match if you like to find the best possible solution
    ---------------------------------

    * Is Michael Turner worth trading at least 2 picks plus a big contract to directly compete for the starting role vs. a 2nd Round pick from a year ago

    * Is Dillon worth a short-term deal to play stop-gap while playing mentor to a back who's desire is in question

    * Chris Brown, familiar with the system, a change of pace to White, with some durability concerns, should be fairly reasonably priced

    * Maurice Hicks who's had some good coaching and has been productive in very limited action - however he'll be 30 next year

    * Kevan Barlow's name surfaces today. has starting experience and has been productive - durability issues are a concern too

? - The reason Hicks and Barlow are even on the list is because their names have surfaced as being of interest to the team

$ - you could sign Hicks and Barlow for what it might cost to sign Dillon

$ - you could sign Dillon and Brown probably for what Turner will cost us

    Barlow AND Hicks
    or whatever

Corey Dillon without a doubt... He still has one good year left in him.

I went with Turner, but I really don't think we'd be that bad off with just LenDale and I'm surprised that wasn't included as an option

Turner would be the best available option.

White is already a member of this team

Seriously, it seems extremely obvious that Turner is the best back on that list. Dillon would be a nice back to have, but Turner is younger and better. I would take them both and let LenDale fight it out and see where he lands, though.
