Considering Amendola is made of glass and Welker is gone, Hawk will have a good shot to become Brady's favorite target behind Gronk and Hernandez. I understand why we cut him since he didn't play at all but it wasn't due to a lack of ability. Ever since Hawk got here his rookie year he made plays but just never got a chance.

I'm rooting for this guy to succeed. Wish him nothing but the best.

That was Fisher speak. When he finally was activated, he was among the leading tacklers and had a fumble recovery.

I always thought Hawkins was better that what he shown, or was given a chance to show, here in TN. He is going to have a pretty good stat line in N.E.

This signing really surprises me. No way Hawkins is smart enough to grasp that crazy Patriot playbook. I bet he is like 5th string or gets cut from camp

    IMO, Hawkins will do well.

We couldnt even get Williams on the field last year because we kept forcing Britt and screen passes to wright. Not sad to see him go but hes better than most people here give him credit for.

Hawkins has always been really good after the catch. The problem is catching the ball. He may also wind up being their return man in NE!
