I would've been fine with CP3 (and supposedly Howard) going to the Lakers if it meant LeQuit would never get a ring (seriously, who is going to beat that team?)

Like someone else said though, the NBA sucks now. Bunch of Super Friends joining together on teams. So lame.

    Man F the NBA.

CP3 is my 2nd favorite player behind Kobe. I was happy as hell thinking this was happening.

...and then the NBA says "no"??! Oh Lebron can do it, but no one else?

I'm about ready to give up on sports and all their political garbage.

    Yep.

David Stern will remove 4th quarters later in the year to give Lebron a chance.

I remember how much you made fun of Lebron saying he needed to join a team of superstars to win... you even had that dumb avatar of Kobe (hahaha here we go again!)...

but when Kobe does it, it's awesome???

:ha: ole hypocritical douche at it again.

The NBA has always been that way. Pretty much every dynasty was built on trading star players for nothing, buying top draft picks, etc.

More like Alex not "getting it" again.

Acquiring a point guard in trade for a trade of 2 of your best players is hardly the same as teaming up with 2 buddies deciding to go to a certain team.

    This wasn't a buddy deal.

Now if Dwight Howard was in on it- you may have a point.

But it doesn't matter anyway. After those 3 clowns did it- all is fair.

Yes, but the GMs built those dynasties, not a few superstars that couldn't win on their own teams.
