SUMMARY: In Monday's press conference, Titans Coach Jeff Fisher said that Albert Haynesworth does have a MCL sprain and is expected to miss the final two regular season games. Haynesworth sprained his left medial collateral ligament with 92 seconds left in Sunday's 13-12 loss to the Houston Texans. Fisher said Monday an MRI exam showed damage that takes up to two weeks to heal. Kyle Vanden Bosch will miss the same amount of time with a groin issue not directly related to the first one he had earlier in the season. The Titans sent him to a specialist who recommended what Fisher termed "minor" surgery to repair a groin muscle. Vanden Bosch had missed three other games with his original groin problems.

I could see the Texans going after Haynesworth in the off season. He would be a good fit there. I hope to see him stay in Tennessee but if he ends up there with the good offense they now have they might be a playoff team next year. I hope we keep him!

Yea, especially since Bud has already announced that VY is the future of this team - there is no way Al comes back to TN. Or maybe I'm wrong in assuming he'd like his defensive dominance to be rewarded with offensive points.

wow...playoffs w/o those two linemen would be unbearable. i am expecting our line to be crazy in the playoffs.....

kvb, big al, vickerson all return in time to help us get a ring...woulnt have it any other way

i just hope they r 100%...and i expect big things from kearse in the postseason 2; esepcaily w/ our whole line back ...

...big al, kvb, kearse, tony, vickerson, ball, ford ---its been a while since they've all been together...

in a wierd way maybe Haynesworth's injury will help the Titans because if the defense plays really bad while Haynesworth is out( remember last year what happened when big Al wasn't in the lineup) hopefully Bud Adams and Mike Reinfeldt will realize how important Haynesworth is to this team and they will do what they should have done last year and ink big Al to a big contract( Adams and company will have to pay a stupid tax because they could have signed him cheaper last year but now when he hits the market they will be bidding against 31 teams to get him which will drive the price up)

As much as I want to attend two home playoff victories this year...

this is the correct decision. Need the two best horses as close to 100% as they can get for the elimination games. Very fortunate that AH isn't worse off.

the Titans have a great nucleus of core players in their prime i just hope Bud and Reinfeldt are smart enough to keep them in Titan blue for the rest of their careers..

I couldn't imagine Haynesworth not being a Titan. If he doesn't stay with the Titans then I hope he doesn't sign with anyone in the AFC South. Like I said before, I could see him going to Houston for some reason, hope I'm wrong!
