    There is no doubt that this is gonna put the final nail in the coffin of his career. He got more chances than anyone else would have at Seattle because Holmgren really liked the guy on a personal level. They bent over backwards trying to help him before he was released. Then he got a shot a shot with the Vikes, went to the Pro Bowl, and was likely going to be a starter this season.

    Whats obvious at this point is that football and sobriety for him arent going to mix. Sad, cuz they guy is a hell of an athlete.

    We'd have a lot of sympathy for him if it was heart disease. People wouldn't stop and question, 'Did he do this to himself?' He didn't do this to himself, this is a no-fault brain disorder.

    Doesn't he suffer from depression though like Nick Anderson. I'm not saying it's ok, I'm just saying he may have some underlying issues.
