    If they regress to 8-8 or worse, changes should happen. I'm not saying everyone necessarily, maybe just OC as the play calling was the most questionable part. My overall point was, this team, cutting the dead weight and adding talent via FA and the draft should equate to at least 10 wins.

    Not sure who's calling for him to be fired after last season. I didn't like the hire, but I'm very happy with what he did this year. I expect improvement next year, which I don't think is too much to ask.

    Maybe i should reword that to say, calling for him to be fired if there isnt a large improvement next season, is borderline insanity after the improvement this season.

    We couldn't beat the Colts when they had a GM who couldn't evaluate talent. Now they have one. That's all I'm saying.
