If the draft worked out like you have listed and the Titans were up at #24 I feel pretty confident we would likely take Kentwan Balmer at the 24th slot. He is a much more likely sure thing and it would still leave a ton of good receivers in the 2nd round for us to take. Also keep in mind that we now have the ability to package up our 2nd and and 4th to move up pretty high in the 2nd to take the receiver we want.
