The Titans have to feel that they are the best team on the field Sunday in order to have a chance to win this game. Mistakes are part of the game and usually the team that makes the least mistakes wins.

I don't think the Colts will have the same urgency that the Titans will and that's why I think the Titans will win. Dont' play this game to not lose but to play this game to win is key IMO.

I think we need to do the misdirection play we used twice on Houston where the entire O line and Vince went left, and CJ went right. I know the Indy's D line is faster than Houston, but used at the right time, should be effective.

The option is viable against the Colts, especially if Freeney is out. Normally, this is QB suicide, but this is not Pittsburg or Minnesota. Once again, use only as needed. Feed CJ the rock at least 30 times. He will bust a few long ones.

Wayne and Clark MUST be contained. That pitch pass to Wayne that Manning uses every game is tough to defend. I say Finnegan on Wayne, maybe Fuller on Clark. Griffin and Hope have got to step up!!

Pressure on Manning of course. Houston did it last week and he threw 2 picks. We must get our defense off the field and keep them off with our offense covertering 3 or 4th downs. We also must protect Vince. The Colts are 5th in the NFL for interceptions. He needs time to excercise patience has he has been doing to make good throws.

Get out ahead early and NO PREVENT DEFENSE!! To be the Colts, it will take all 4 quarters. If we give them the cushion that prevent defense allows, Manning will methodically march to the endzone as he always does.

I think we will take them down.

I think the key is to hit Payton as hard as we can every time we can. He really hates to get hit. The trouble is getting it done. He is very fast when trying to get the ball out to the receivers.
In the last couple years he has been evasive for the most part. I can remember when all you had to do was rush him and you almost automatically won the game.

I just wish we can play him a close game or better. He has really lucked out the last three weeks. Its time for his luck to run out.

That original post was reeeeeeal long. Here's my brief summary:

    Keys to beating the Colts:
Extend drives, score TDs instead of FGs, limit mistakes, NO TURNOVERS. Those are the keys to beating any high powered offensive team.
