    SUMMARY: Every team who faces the Chargers has the same goal in mind, limit LT. That hasn't been very successful in the last two meetings between the Titans and Chargers as LaDainian Tomlinson has had extremely productive games. Last season, he ran for two touchdowns before being pulled in a blowout. In 2004, he rushed for 147 yards and a touchdown in another blowout victory for San Diego. We understand what we have to do," said LB Keith Bulluck. "It is a matter of preparing, and you can't put any more into it because if you psych yourself out, then that is what you are going to do on Sunday." So far this season, Tomlinson has rushed for 1,049 yards (third in the NFL) with 11 touchdowns.

    hmmm....I think our genius defensive coordinator will come up with a perfect gameplan to stop LT. He always gameplans perfectly for those really good rushing attacks. :suspect:

    I'm thinking the same thing. Put Griffin on Gates and single cover the WRs. Let Hope follow LT all over the field. Send LBs all day long in run and pass blitzes. Someone on each play, LB or DE needs to make sure they contain the outside. That way we can force everything to the middle where our dominate MLB can clean up.....oops, I guess that won't work.

    It could be a tough day for our defense. Watch for LT to take a cutback lane and go to the house a couple of times. I hope I'm wrong.

    We may not have a dominant MLB, but we do have a pretty damn dominant DT. I don't think forcing the Chargers to run up the middle is such a bad idea.

    Defense needs to play disciplined. stay in their lanes and take away his cut backs. Make Rivers beat us which I don't think he can. Also my god people wrap up and tackle like a pro. Watch LT coming out of the backfield.
