Wes Welker had something similar to this at some point, didn't he?

Different playstyles but Wes was as reliable as anyone last year aside from the SB catch. Guy caught league-high number of balls IIRC.

Yea normally it's a year long recovery, but there are cases where guys come back in less than 11 months.

After 6 months the ligaments are healed, what holds guys back is soreness. If Kenny is sore he won't trust his knee, but structurally it's should be fine by September.

Derrick Morgans issue was a combo of soreness and not healing perfectly. As far as we know, Kenny has had no set backs since the surgery.

Still say lets get this guy a deal now before he explodes. Same with Cook and McCourty we have the money do it now! For cheaper than it will be next year.

Like somebody mentioned they aren't dumb enough to sign now when they could make even more after a good season. They're agent wouldn't allow it.

Exactly. The Titans would never extend a player coming off a major knee injury who might never be the same, and that player would never sign a deal at such a low point in his value. Makes no sense on either side.

Every player who tore ligs last year says the same thing, "ahead of schedule, working hard, will be back better than ever". Rarely is a player 1 year off a major knee injury the same the following year. The Titans front office is well aware of this and if they don't make provisions and get caught with no threats at wr again next year, and if Britt struggles, We all will be raisin holy hell about it.I have no problem drafting a wr early.
