Kenny Britt promises to resurface

This will make an interesting sideline to follow during next season. And its a win for the forum regardless.

On paper, he *should* have no problem reaching those numbers. Those are incredibly modest, even for a tough division. It boils down to what Britt wants to do, and I would never put money on Britt.

 

Kenny Britt could go for 1200 yards and 12TDs or get cut in pre-season.

So what happens if for whatever reason he fails to make their roster or is out for the season with an injury?

 

Or he could be in jail before camp even begins.

 

Funny thing is Britt could hit all of those numbers and it still would be considered a pretty pedestrian season by most people. Better than last year? Sure. But none of those statistics even come close to what you should expect from a guy of Britt's athletic talent (and draft position).

I think if he even gives 60% effort he should have no trouble hitting those marks. But that's really the big question. Effort/motivation. Because last year he looked like he was giving it about 15% tops.
